Rebecca Kiessling is a Family Law attorney, adoptee, and mother of 5 who grew up in a loving and happy home, all while knowing that she was adopted. She knew that she looked different from her family, but still had a great childhood and a wonderful family. As a teenager, she became curious about her biological parents and, with her parents’ blessing, decided to find out about them. When she was 18, Rebecca received some shocking news when she discovered that her birth mother had been raped and that she had been conceived in rape. Hear Rebecca’s incredible true story of having been conceived in rape, targeted for abortion, but protected by law. She shares a strong message of love, hope, and the value of every life. Her story concludes with a strong message of hope since she now understands that her value and identity are not established as a “product of rape” and that the rapist is not her creator, as some would have her believe.
